KOLO INTRODUCES
KOLO KAJI 12X12 SCRAPBOOK
HARTFORD, Conn. – (Aug. 20, 2008) – Kolo, LLC, the international leader
in archival luxury photo albums, introduces the new Kolo Kaji album with 12” x 12” top-loading pages,
a popular format for scrapbooking.
The Kolo Kaji is post bound, so that the album’s covers can be removed and pages can be added or rearranged.
“Kolo’s product designers paid close attention to detail,” said Kolo spokesperson Heather Covault.
“The polypropylene pages are archival-quality and utra-clear.
“And the Kolo Kaji is sized to hold Kolo Series H refill sheets -- good news
to fans of the Kolo Newport 12” x 12” album. This sizing means that
cloth-hinged 12” x 12” scrapbook sheets can be intermingled with top-loading
pocket sheets within the Kolo Kaji album.”
The Kolo Kaji covers are constructed with double-weight warp-resistant boards
wrapped in water-repellant and soil-repellant book cloth that is specially milled
in Italy to Kolo’s exclusive color palette. It comes with 10 top-loading pocket sheets (20 pages).
The Kolo Kaji with cloth covers is $25 and is available in black, chocolate, ivory, lake, ocean,
platinum and sage. It also comes in black bonded leather for $35.
Extra top-loading pocket refill sheets are sold separately for $9 per pack of 10.
Each pack of refill sheets comes standard with one set of half-inch extender posts, allowing
the album to expand from 10 to 20 sheets. Two-inch extender posts are also available for expanding
a Kolo Kaji album up to 40 top-load sheets (80 pages) or 50 Series H cloth-hinged sheets (100 pages).
Kolo products are sold through fine stationery, art and department stores, and on-line at
www.kolo.com .
