NEW ARCHIVAL-QUALITY KOLO RIVOLI ACCORDION BOX MAKES ORGANIZATION MULTI-FUNCTIONAL AND STYLISH HARTFORD, Conn. – (April 7, 2010) – Kolo, LLC, the international leader in archival luxury photo albums and boxes, introduces the new Kolo Rivoli Accordion Box. The Kolo Rivoli Accordion Box features seven tabbed storage pockets for neatly organizing and storing documents, reports, photographs, greeting cards, recipes and other papers. A wide elastic closure strap keeps it all secure. “There’s been a multitude of accordion boxes on the market,” said Kolo spokesperson Kate Costelloe, “but we felt many were lacking aesthetically as well as functionally. Accordion boxes and files are a mainstay for many people. But most are made with plastics or cheap card stock. We wanted to elevate the category and make it part of the Kolo system. “So Kolo designers came up with the archival-quality Kolo Rivoli as a perfect accordion storage solution,” said Costelloe. “It’s attractive and made of our famous book cloth, bookbinders board and archival paper.” Because it is designed like a book, not a case, it can be tucked in among other books and binders on a shelf or desk. The Kolo Rivoli Accordion Box is constructed with double-weight warp-resistant boards wrapped in water-repellant and soil-repellant book cloth. The signature window on the front allows its owner to customize with a photo, label or artwork. It comes in black, red, platinum and chocolate and coordinates with the Kolo Havana Box and Kolo photo books. The Kolo Rivoli Accordion Box measures 12 3/4" high x 9 1/4" wide. Seven pockets are tabbed for labeling, and each holds 8 ½”x11” (A4) documents or smaller. Like all Kolo products, the Kolo Rivoli Accordion Box is archival quality and acid-free. The Kolo Rivoli Accordion Box is $35. Kolo products are sold through fine stationery, art and department stores, and on-line at www.kolo.com --30-- NOTE TO EDITORS: Photos available upon request.
